How do I decipher the "modified date" on a vault export?

I'm doing some "vault" clean up and I did an export of a couple of my vaults in csv format. I want to delete the old ones and merge the remaining into one. What format is the "Modified Date" in so ...

The created and modified dates are Unix epoch dates (seconds from 1/1/1970). Negative values work backwards from that epoch.
