getting message: "some changes could not be synced with other devices:?
My screen is arranged differently which is probably why its not working for me. See screenshot attached and see what I am doing wrong or why I am not in the right place.

That definitely isn't the experience we want you to have with 1Password. I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac and a console log from 1Password for Safari:
Sending Diagnostics Reports (Mac)
Save a console log for 1Password in your browser
Attach the diagnostics and console log to an email message addressed to
support+forum@1password.com
