How do I get to view previous passwords?

I recently changed a password and saved it, but the instructions below at this URL do not work. https://support.1password.com/item-history/ Instead, nothing appears when hovering over the passw...

I had changed the password, but it didn't retain the old one. In another login, I do see the "View password history". I'll keep an eye on this
