How do I start fresh

I give up. I gave up 3 years ago because could no longer your complicated files. You kept text me "you've been trying to get in touch Incidentally I started using 1password in 1password2 years ago. Finally. I gave up and decided together rid of my data base, and eliminate my softyware entirely and buy a new one and start as a newcomer. Impossible. You people will improve your products until us users are soooo challenged by your "improvement for our benefit" that we won't have any customers..

I liked it, but I still find it impossible to get it cleaned up. I ask you for help.
