How to import a CVS file containing software licences ?

Some sites like Bundlehunt provide CVS files of software licences bought through them. How can I import these files in 1password ? I haven't found any way to do it on the 1password website. ...
You can also use the csv converter in the https://1password.community/discussion/101693/moving-to-1password-from-another-password-manager to convert your CSV files containing your Software Licenses into 1PUX files which can be directly imported into 1Password.
