Thank you for your reply. I appreciate the time you took to share the screenshots.

Does the same issue occur if you use the Inline menu below the username field from the 1Password extension? If you temporarily turn off the 1Password browser extension and use Quick Access to Autofill, do you experience the same behaviour?
