I have two sites with similar URLs: aaa.bbb.com and ccc.bbb.com. Is there any way I can have 1Pass in Safari show me the proper site and not give be a choice of aaa or ccc?

At this time, 1Password only suggests items based on the root domain. One of our extension developers shared the reason for this limitation https://1password.community/discussion/comment/348474#Comment_348474. Though the post is a bit older, it is still relevant today.
\n\nThat said, I can see the value of wanting 1Password to suggest exact matches based on the subdomain. While I can't say for sure when or if this will be implemented, I will forward your request for this feature to our Product team and developers.
