How to stop 1password 7 from continually re-installing itself?

Hey, I'm currently using "1Password for Mac 8.9.4". A few weeks ago I realized there were two 1Password icons in my menu bar, and found a separate version of 1password, "1Password 7", in my applications folder. I uninstalled it using https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/. However it has re-appeared.

How to stop 1password 7 from re-installing itself?

OS Version: macOS Montery 12.6

    Hi @alexhollender:

    Is this occurring on a device managed by your employer? Generally the cause of this is 1Password 7 being an enforced app by MDM software.
