I cannot acces my data anymore

after an update I cannot access my data anymore. 1password opens with facecheck and leads me to a page wirh the options to add my account or use a 14 day test version. I know my Password, but not th...

    Hi Tom,

    I have a new situation after restarting my old mobil. 1password starts again and i can see all my records :-)

    But i cannot find the option to create my emergency key. there ist an option "create backup", but where ist the backup stored and how to import it into my new mobil?

    I can syncronize my data with icloud, but cannot finf a file in icloud drive.

    I also find a option to sycn with my apple watch. Is it possible to sync everythige into iwatch and from there into my new mobil?

      I have no chance to enter teh support site, as they are also aksing fpr the secret key ... any other idea?

        Unfortunately that is why you got all 'save your emergency kit' popups you might have ignored. The problem is the secret key is part of the 'key' to your data and the only one that has said key is you yourself (but if you ignored saving that ...)
