I can't get 1Password to respond, maybe another user can help!

I've set up 1Password to sign me out after 10 minutes. Most of the time it does...but not always! Is there anything I can do? I'm running v. 2.4.1 on and Mac's High Sierra operating system. Thanks! ...

I have checked my Spam folder looking for a response for the last several weeks...it hasn't shown up. Nor has anything from you today, other than the email which takes me to this location. Thanks, GE
