I can't seem to get my 2nd mac to upgrade.

I finally upgraded my Mac Studio from 1Password 6 and all is good. Now I'm trying it on my mac mini. I can't figure out how to activate the mac mini. It won't let me sign into my account. I copie...

I'm sorry that you're running into issues when updating to 1Password 8 on your Mac Mini. Can you tell me a little more about what exactly isn't working? Do you see an error message? If you do then can you tell me what that error message is?

Do you see all of your items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
