I don't want to reenter my password periodically in the Windows desktop app

There is no option here to set this to require password to "never". The Android app allows that. Once this is set up I don't want to be re-entering the password. That is super inconvenient...

Hello @AndyB662,

Thanks for your message and feedback. We had originally made this change in response to a trend we were seeing. Some customers will not be able to remember their account passwords and eventually be locked out of their account if they ran into an issue with biometrics and the password is required. This what also makes the Emergency Kit so important.

While this is currently available in 1Password on mobile devices, we have a feature request open to implement this feature on desktops. I've included a vote on your behalf there. 👍
