I have had to reset 1password on my mac. After starting over with iCloud I cant get access from ios

I had strange problems with my master password on my mac, so I followed the instruction, so I could start 1password fresh. Then I could import the data and that worked well, so I could setup synchron...

Hello @SEMats! 👋

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble importing your items. As a start, I recommend that you update to version 7.9.6 of 1Password 7 so that you're running the latest version.

Next, when you exported the .1pif file 1Password should have created a directory that contains the .1pif file itself. You can import the file by selecting the directory and then clicking Open at step 3 in this guide: Move your data from other applications to 1Password
