I need to remove duplicates in 1PW v 8.9.11 No Tools in the Help menu.

My 1Password menu does not show Tools in the Help menu, so I can't remove duplicates. Why is this missing? 1Password Version: 8.9.11 Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: Mac OS 12.5...

Hi @colingmurray,

Sorry to hear you're seeing duplicates in 1Password 8. The duplicate tool that was available in 1Password 7 was very conservative and would not identify duplicate items if they had any minor differences.

Did these duplicates appear after any particular action? Migrating or importing, for example. Let me know and we can explore other workarounds. 🙂
