I need to remove duplicates in 1PW v 8.9.11 No Tools in the Help menu.

My 1Password menu does not show Tools in the Help menu, so I can't remove duplicates. Why is this missing? 1Password Version: 8.9.11 Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: Mac OS 12.5...

It was from migrating/upgrading from 1Password 7. What about the missing Tools menu?
