I somehow messed up my account while trying to update to 1PW8 Beta- I may have changed my username

I'm not sure what I did- I am 1PW app on my iPhone, iPad, I have my Emergency Kit info- originally I had issues because I was using my Master password for the password and then tried to change that- ...
