4 years agoIgnored Alerts for 2FA remain in Ignored after fixing them
It's similar to another thread around weak password in 8.7.0 but my scenario is different. I'm on v8.8.0 and it wasn't a weak password but a 2FA prompt I ignored. I then added 2FA to this item but it remains in Ignored Alerts.
It'd be great if I could simply undo the ignored bit and just reset it back to the original state.

Hi @databyte,
Thanks for bringing this up, I'll add this situation to our tracking for this bug. In the meantime, I found that duplicating the item and then deleting the one under ignored alerts worked for me, your multi-factor authentication code will be included when the item is duplicated.
Let me know if this works for you or if you have any questions. Thanks again! 🙂
