Include ‘Already Enabled’ button for 2FA notification

Sometimes the 2FA is already enabled before the notification pops-up on 1Password… a new button to let the 1Password know that the feature is already enabled would prevent all those ignored requests, when they are not really ignored, just timing was the issue…
