Thanks for the feedback! As AJCxZ0 mentioned, plus addressing is used by many email services to allow you to quickly create email aliases for specific purposes. In regards to your feature request, would you like 1Password to generate that plus address for you using information from the current webpage?
So if you were on Reddit.com, would you like an option to have 1Password generate and fill an email address using this format [youremail]+reddit@[emailservice.com]?
I'd like to make sure that I understand before I file a feature request on your behalf. 🙂

That is indeed what I want (although I configured my server to do mailto:username.websitename@example.com
That is, I use a period instead of a +, so having that configurable would be nice as well
