Inline filling is driving me crazy.
I have used the Command - \ feature to enter passwords since the beginning. With the latest version of 1Password (8) and the lastest Mac OS there seems to be no way to disable inline passwords. I have checked to make sure the appropriate box is unchecked in Safari>Preferences>Autofill. Somebody please help me before I tear my hair out.
Hello kidsdoc! 👋
Thank you for reaching out! Just to clarify, would you like to turn off 1Password's suggestions menu? It looks like this:
The steps that you've described are to turn off Safari's built-in password manager. If you would like to turn off 1Password's suggestions menu then you can follow these steps:
- Open your browser.
- Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and click Settings.
- Click Autofill & save.
- Turn off "Show autofill suggestion when a form field is in focus".
Let me know if I misunderstood.-Dave
