This is a bit puzzling - it almost looks like there might have been a previous instance of 1Password installed on this device. Does that make any sense, given your knowledge of the device?
Ultimately, we of course judge by results. So if the app is working, great! But to provide a little background information: the permission denied error is something that is typically caused by either:
- An antivirus, antimalware, or endpoint protection app that doesn't allow 1Password to install,
- Prohibitive permission settings on the directory in question (less common, given where the app installs), or
- In some cases the operating system itself will block changes to certain directories when there's an important update + restart cycle that needs to happen.
