Integration with “AutoFill & Passwords” in MacOS
- 9 months ago
Hello Ben! 👋
Thanks for reaching out! 1Password doesn't use the "AutoFill & Passwords" feature in macOS System Settings so you won't see it listed there. Instead you can save and fill your login credentials using one of the following methods:
- 1Password in the browser: Get to know 1Password in your browser
 - Universal Autofill: Use Universal Autofill in apps and browsers on your Mac

I recommend that you turn off the "AutoFill & Passwords" feature in macOS Settings to avoid conflicts and then make sure that the built-in password manager is also turned off in your browser: Turn off the built-in password manager in your browserI can't say whether the "AutoFill & Passwords" feature will be supported in the future but I'll pass along your comments to the team internally that this is something that you'd like to see. Thank you for the feedback!
