Hello folks,
We've fixed an issue where some users were unable to unlock the 1Password Safari extension on iOS while Two-Factor authentication is enabled. Please update to 1Password for iOS version 8.12.7: How to keep 1Password up to date
After updating, if you're still unable to unlock 1Password for Safari then fully close Safari, re-open it, and unlock 1Password for Safari again. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this issue caused, and we appreciate your patience while we worked on releasing a fix.

Send a diagnostics report (iOS)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:

I believe that I've been able to reproduce the issue on iOS 26.3 as well and we're currently investigating. Would you both mind sending in a diagnostics report so that we can collect more information about the issue:

This appears to also be impacting iOS 26.3 non beta.

Yes I have this problem on my devices (3 iPads and my iPhone) and I haven’t installed the beta. I’m on the latest version iOS 26.3 and also tried on the 26.3.1 released tonight and still have the problem. Impossible to logon in the browser extension.
