I'm sorry that you're seeing an offline message when using 1Password in Safari. Can you try these steps:
- Tap on the Lock button in the in the prompt that you see.
- Fully close Safari on iOS.
- Fully close 1Password on iOS.
- Open and unlock the main 1Password app from your home screen.
- Open Safari and go to any webpage.
- Tap on the AA icon in the address bar.
- Tap on 1Password in the menu.
- Follow the prompt to unlock 1Password for Safari with your account password.
Does this resolve the issue or do you see the same message? I look forward to hearing from you.
