iPad app not linking properly into 1Password

Thanks for your help Dave. WeightWatchers makes it very difficult to contact their technical support. I finally found an email address and wrote out everything in an email and it bounced back since it is no longer a monitored email - they want you to talk to one of their "coaches" so I did a chat with a "coach" (who is probably just an AI bot) and copied in the contents of my email and asked them to forward that to their Technical Support Team. I am not optimistic...
