Is it a matter of Unlocking the 1P app on my Mac to eliminate a password requirement?

Each time I launch the app it requests a password. I see, in the drop down, it says Lock at the bottom. Does that mean the app is locked? Or does that mean select it to Lock it? If it's the latter, I...

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with the auto-lock settings in 1Password, and I'd be happy to provide more information on what settings to change.

You can also setup Touch ID to unlock 1Password on your Mac without your password.
