Hey MoosMas!

The View Item History feature is only available on 1Password.com, rather than in the apps.

With that said, it is possible to view the password history of item from within the 1Password 8. If you select an item in your vault with a recently changed password, a View password history option can be accessed from the dropdown arrow to the right of the password field.
