Is rubber band scrolling gone for good?

Is rubber band scrolling gone for good? I'm sure there are many people out there appreciating this genius invention on iOS and many macOS apps, besides it also having an actual proper reason (https://www.cultofmac.com/489256/bas-ording-rubber-band-effect-iphone/).
Sad to see it gone in 1Password Mac although the new v8 app is really great!

    I'm happy to hear that you're enjoying 1Password 8. We do have a work item open to investigate adding the "rubber band" overscroll effect to 1Password 8 for Mac and I've added your feedback there.
