Is there a way I can manually add a Mac app to an item's Linked Apps other than via Quick Access?

Jack_P_1P Unfortunately I'm still having the issue with 1Password for Mac 8.9.4.

1. I click the OneDrive icon in the menu bar. Note that I have two of these in my menu bar. The first is signed into my personal Microsoft account. The second is for my work account, but is not signed in.
2. I click the Sign In button in the small window OneDrive window that appears under the icon in the menu bar
3. A couple of OneDrive windows appear. The one on top loads the Office 365 log in page. It has remembered my work email address and so is asking me to "Enter password"
4. I open 1Password Quick Access by pressing command + shift + space
5. I type "microsoft" into the "Search 1Password" input in the Quick Access dialog, and use the down arrow key to highlight the item that contains my work Microsoft account credentials
6. I press the right arrow key to bring up the quick access options for my work account item, and then the down arrow until "Autofill" is highlighted, and then press the return key (or I use the mouse to click on "Autofill" - it doesn't make a difference which way I select it)
7. The 1Password quick access dialog disappears, but nothing else happens - nothing is entered into the "Enter password" form and I receive no further prompts from 1Password or otherwise
