Hello tdhaslett! 👋

I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when installing 1Password on your Windows PC. 1Password 8 requires requires a 64-bit version of Windows 10 or later. I see that you mentioned using Windows Server 2012 R2 which is based off of the Windows 8 codebase and isn't compatible with 1Password 8.
