Issue with 1Password BETA update 8.10.74 → 8.10.75

 I'm currently on 1Password version 8.10.74 on the BETA channel. The app notifies me that an update to 8.10.75 is available. However, when I click "Restart now", nothing happens, the application doesn't close or restart.

If I manually close and reopen 1Password, it simply launches again as version 8.10.74, with no update applied.
