I'm sorry that you're experiencing similar behaviour with the Command - \ keyboard shortcut. Have you already sent over diagnostics using the steps my colleague mentioned https://1password.community/discussion/comment/723383/#Comment_723383? If so, can you confirm the support ID number you received?
