8 months agoThanks for the reply. If Touch ID isn't working to unlock your Mac itself, or any of your other apps, then I would recommend that you reach out to Apple Support so that they can investigate that further and help you get it fixed.
Once Touch ID is working properly on your Mac, let us know if you still see issues with Touch ID when unlocking 1Password and the team and I can help further. 🙂
