Thanks for the suggestion. As you noted, 1Password for Windows does offer PIN unlock through Windows Hello:
You mentioned that your family knows your Windows Hello PIN and it sounds like the easiest solution would be to create a separate Windows user account for you to use where only you know the PIN for that account: Manage user accounts in Windows - Microsoft Support
