Hi Joy,
Thanks for taking the time to read this weird titled forum post.

First do you know if you or another admin can rename the title of the post to make it searchable for others in the future ? I would appreciate that greatly...
Secondly, I have setup a proxmox VM so you can try it on your own. I've a reproduced the issue on this instance of course, here is the video of what I have to do login into a proxmox instance : https://files.bleuzen.fr/onepassword-proxmox.mp4

Ho by the way, I have updated my mac to latest version 12.5.1, I'm not sure this has anything to do with the issue, but so you know.
