Keeps asking for touch ID. Not on my computer. Turned off on my computer and turned off on 1Passwo

I have a Mac Air that does not have Fingerprint Touch ID. After the last computer upgrade, 1Password now asked me for it every time. I have gone to the settings of my computer and it's turned off and all grayed out. I have gone to setting of 1Password and it's turned off and all grayed out. I have done a hard reboot several times. I can't get 1Password to not ask me for my fingerprint.
