(Key Icon) Passwordsoption only shows Safari data

The Passwords icon used to ask if I wanted 1Password or Saved (forget the exact phrase) but now Apps only show Saved saved creds and can’t get 1Password without manual swiping between 1P and ...

As I said, tapping the Passwords button does not bring up 1Password.
