Lastpass import problems

I have seen similat posts here but have not seen a satisfactory answer.

I have signed up for Family plan and cannot import from Lastpass directly or import the CSV file exported from Lastpass. I have emailed both Reports to support. I think an answer here will be helpful to others please.
