Limited use in 3rd party apps with share sheet removal

I know this has been talked about ad nauseam, but I was hoping to get some advice or clarity on the matter. As we all know, AgileBits removed the share sheet extension in 1P 7.8. For the most part...

Yeah, it’s been a very frustrating removal, and I’m really confused by the refusal to add it back.
