Login Issues- Non Membership

HELP!! I had to have my phone wiped due to software issues and all of my passwords are located within 1password and I am unable to login. I do not have the membership, I have the older version where you only enter a master key to login within the app. Can anyone tell me how I can login without a secret key? I have tried to contact support and they have no phone number but only response via email every 2-3 days. I have reached out on twitter also and received nothing back, I am desperate to get in and get all of my passwords!!
