Login Missing From List

Very strange - I created a login for a website and 1P has saved it somewhere - but I can only find it when I click the 1P icon in the Safari browser - if I click the icon in the Mac toolbar, it doesn't show - strange - how do I fix this so I can make a modification?

I have screen shots to attach but I no longer see a way to attach them - how do I do so?

Extension Version: 2.18.0
OS Version: macOS 14.2
Browser: Safari

    Steph - thanks, I previously tried that last night and it didn't help - however, now it is showing properly this morning! All fixed!

    Hey BenBob,

    Can you try locking and unlocking 1Password and then let me know if the item appears in your 1Password Mac app? I'm wondering if we just need to force a sync.
