Based on what you shared, there's a communication issue between the 1Password desktop app and 1Password in the browser. As a first step, please check the app integration settings in the 1Password desktop app and the 1Password extension in your browser: https://support.1password.com/connect-1password-browser-app/#check-your-settings.

If you're still experiencing issues, can you check if the same problem occurs using a different browser?
