MacOS Your Account is Offline
I’m having an issue signing into 1Password via Chrome Extension, Website, and MacOS Application. However I can successfully login on my Windows PC on the same network. MacOS System: Sequoia 15.3.1 ...

7 months agoI'm sorry that you're having trouble accessing 1Password using your Mac. Can you try signing in using this direct link: 1Password.com
If that still doesn't work, then please try the following:
- Try signing in using a different network (such as your cellular hotspot).
- If you're using a VPN, firewall, or other security appliance then make sure that 1Password's ports and domains are whitelisted: 1Password ports and domains
- Try turning off any VPNs or ad blockers that you might be using to see if that allows you to connect.
If things still aren't working then I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Mac:
Send a diagnostics report (Mac)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
With your email please include:
- A link to this thread: https://www.1password.community/discussions/1password/macos-your-account-is-offline/153137
- Your forum username: username
