Markdown not applied correctly on the Notes field (sometimes)

Hi @vikaesar, thanks for following up and sharing those details.

I suspect the affected items were created before Markdown was fully supported on all platforms or this structure was partially lost. Could you create a new item then copy the note with the Markdown syntax from one of the affected items to that new item? When saved, does the formatting appear as expected or are you still seeing the same errors?
