Message by using 1Pw

Sorry, I speak French. When using 1Password, suddenly a new window opened in Safari. There was no site address on the address bar. and I found the following text : "The database was terminated.
The database was unexpectedly terminated and may have become corrupt.
1Password in the browser was reinitialized on your behalf.
Please review your settings for 1Password in the browser
You may close this tab and continue using 1Password in the browser. Need more information?"

Then a button to click that said "contact 1Password support". I didn't dare to do it. What does this mean?

OS Version: 12.0.1

    Hey @michele,

    I'm sorry for any confusion caused. You can find out more about what this message means here: If you see "The 1Password browser extension needed to restart".

    If the 1Password browser extension is working, you can close the browser tab with the error message and continue using the browser extension.

    If the 1Password browser extension isn’t working then we suggest restarting your browser and sign in to your 1Password account if you’re asked to. Then check if the browser extension is working again.

    If you continue to have trouble you can find some more tips int the guide I have shared above.
