Migration from standalone vault to 1password membership

I'm trying to migrate from standalone vault v6.8.9 to 1Password account subscriptions and are following the guide: https://support.1password.com/cs/migrate-1password-6-mac/

But I got stuck on step 3, it says:

"After you import your standalone vaults into 1Password 7, click Subscribe Today to sign up for a 1Password membership. Set up your account, then migrate your data to your 1Password account."

"If you don’t see a message to Subscribe Today, choose 1Password 7 > Get a 1Password Membership from the menu bar."

But none of those options are available, the first option does not pop up. And the second option does not exist.

I'm using the Apple store version.
