Minor scroll bar issue

When starting 1P the scroll bar 'thumb' is positioned at the top of the scroll bar even though the selected item (last one when 1P was closed) is down in the list. Moving the mouse wheel will cause the thumb to position correctly, however selecting another item in the list will not.

    Hi @Geezer,

    Thanks for writing and bringing this to our attention. I've followed the steps provided and have been able to reproduce this behaviour with the scrollbar mentioned. I've passed this along to the team to investigate. We appreciate the feedback!
