Minor UI Item - The Scrolling List "bounce" is gone

I only noticed this in today's beta, so I'm not sure if this was the behavior in previous versions, but the "bounce" when reaching the top of a scrolling list is gone. It's a small thing, but it was...

I too noticed this and came here to report it. When you are at the top of a list and try to scroll up there is zero feedback, nothing happens, so there no way to know if the scroll request was missed or that you are already at the top. I often end up scrolling down then up just to be sure.

I believe this is why the "bounce" exists. Please bring it back!
