Mismatch of One Time Passwords

I just created a Windows 11 virtual machine on VMWare Fusion Pro and eventually installed 1PW. After having issues trying to login on various apps or websites, I investigated and discovered the one time passwords are not matching. On the Mac, the one time passwords work correctly. The problem is on the VM version of 1PW

    I found a previous posting regarding this problem, and yes, my Window's time was off by three hours.
