Missing Autofill Password Android

I am a first time Android user, long time iOS user.

I have configured 1password to the best of my ability, but it does not work with autofill on any site that has the username and password on separate screens. The first screen with the username/email prompt works fine. Then, when passed to the next screen, the password input field never allows for autofill from 1password. 

This happens for sites that do show the username/email on the 2nd screen, and others that do not. Some only show the password box. But the experience is the same. No autofill option.

I can't get it to work. I have 1password set as the autofill app in the device settings. And I have the "user other" in the Chrome settings. It obviously works in some instances. It works when the username/password fields are both visible on the first login page. And it works for just username in these scenarios. But not for password.
